Remote desktop connection an internal error has occurred

Good day! I'm Raniel, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. Is there any way to check the log or debug to see what happens during the RDP connection. Let me know how can I overcome this issue as there is no other error code or warning.

However with the new laptop everytime I try to connect I am getting 'An Internal Error has occurred'. I was able to use it on my previous laptop without issue. I am using Win 10 Pro and trying to connect to a server using Remote Desktop. Remote Desktop Connection - An internal error has occurred
